Can I look around before setting up my gym?
Yes. After creating an account, you can choose a demo gym with example members, classes and activity. You can also go straight to creating your own gym.
Can I start while I still use another system?
Yes. Start in the demo gym to explore the product before moving your live operation. Contact the team to discuss your existing data and the setup steps for your gym.
What is free, and what does my gym pay?
Creating an account and exploring a demo gym are free. The practitioner app is free for students. Running your gym uses a paid gym plan; review the subscription and trial terms during setup. Payment-processing fees are separate.
Is this for gym owners or for students?
Both. Owners and staff run the gym in the web back office and app. Students use the mobile app for their classes, progress and community. The practitioner app is free for students.
What can my students do in the app?
Plan their training week, set a personal goal, keep private training notes and carry a focus into the next session. They can revisit their training archive, follow coach-awarded belts and stripes, see their attendance and achievements, and stay connected to the gym community.
Can parents manage more than one child?
Yes. Parents use one account and switch between their children’s profiles. Each child keeps their own training history and belt progression, so families can follow every journey from one login.
Does ActiveJoin support associations as well as individual gyms?
Yes. Associations have their own management roles and connect affiliated gyms, while each academy runs its own operation. Contact us about setting up your network. Methodology-video distribution and paid digital content are planned extensions, shown separately as Preview.
Does ActiveJoin send messages automatically?
The staff app helps you prepare a personal WhatsApp, SMS or email draft. You review and send it through the chosen app, then record the contact and follow-up. You stay in control of the conversation.
Do I need an onboarding call?
You can create your account and explore the demo yourself. If you need help setting up your gym, contact the team. You do not need to book a sales call just to take a look.
