What is ActiveJoin?

The operating system for BJJ gyms, built from the mat. Honest belts, real attendance, and the retention engine that catches members before they drift. It runs Dream Art Nürnberg.

Is it really self-service? No onboarding call needed?

Yes. Create a gym, import or seed members, set belt rules, run your first class the same week. Onboarding calls are optional.

How does the at-risk member cockpit work?

Every check-in updates a signal: rising, steady, slipping, gone. The cockpit sorts members by days since last visit. One tap messages everyone slipping.

How does digital belt and stripe tracking work?

Belts and stripes are awarded by the gym, with date, coach and full history per student. Students never self-set rank.

Who can see what about my child if they train?

Per-area visibility: you control who sees a student's schedule and attendance. No stranger sees where your child trains. GDPR export and deletion are standard.

Can I move my data from another system?

Yes. Import members, attendance and partial belt history by CSV. Association rollouts get direct help.

What does ActiveJoin cost?
